An online digitizing studio for people who sew for a living — and for the boutiques whose designs most studios will not touch.
What we are: an online studio of digitizers building embroidery files and vector art by hand.
Who we serve: embroidery shops, brands, teams, and fashion boutiques.
How we work: every file is planned for your fabric, placement, size, and machine format — then checked before it is sent.
PunchPerfect is an online embroidery digitizing and vector art studio. That short line is the whole business. We do not sell garments, we do not run your production, and we do not resell stock designs. We take your artwork and turn it into a machine file that sews the way it should — clean edges, sensible density, and a stitch path that respects the fabric under the needle.
Our customers are embroidery shops that need a reliable file without hiring a full-time digitizer, brands that need the same logo to sew well on polos, caps, and jackets, and fashion boutiques that need dress embroidery planned as a garment, not squeezed into a logo workflow. Working online keeps that simple. You message the studio, you get a quote from the studio, and the proof comes back from the studio. Nothing passes through layers in between.

The core wing handles the work most shops need every week: logos, left-chest designs, caps, 3D puff, jacket backs, patches, chenille, appliqué, and vector art conversion. These designs live in small, fixed spots, and the craft is in the detail — lettering that stays open at 2 inches, caps that sew center-out so nothing shifts, puff edges that close clean over foam.
The fashion wing exists because of a clear gap. Logo studios, as a rule, do not digitize dress designs. A neckline, a lace border, or a full dress pattern is not a big logo. It has to follow a curve, repeat without a visible break, and sit right on a moving, draping garment. Boutiques were left to hunt for that skill job by job. So we built a wing for it: necklines (gala), borders and daman lace, motif and bunch sets, sequin and specialty stitch work, dupatta designs, and full dress and garment patterns — planned for the garment from the first stitch.
Every order starts with four questions: What fabric? What placement? What finished size? What machine format? The answers change the file. A design for a thick jacket back can carry density that would tear a light dress fabric. A cap file needs a different sew order from a flat shirt file. A 2-inch logo needs its small details opened up or left out, while the same art at 10 inches can hold them all.
With those answers set, the digitizer plans stitch types, direction, underlay, and density by hand, then checks the plan before delivery: Are the smallest letters still readable? Do the edges close? Does the sew order avoid needless jumps and trims? Does the density suit the fabric named in the order? You then get a proof to approve, and after delivery we ask you to run a test sew. If the file does not run clean on your machine, revisions are free until it does. That loop — plan, check, proof, test — is the studio's quality system, stated plainly with no invented numbers behind it.
PunchPerfect is run by a small online team of digitizers who build stitch files by hand. We keep the studio online on purpose: you send artwork on WhatsApp, talk to the studio directly, approve a proof, and get your machine file back. No sales layers, no call center — the people you message are the people planning your file.
PunchPerfect is an online studio working in Pakistan (PKT) and serving customers worldwide. Studio hours are Monday to Saturday, 9 AM to 9 PM PKT, and WhatsApp orders are accepted anytime. Because everything is sent as digital files, your location does not slow an order down — send artwork, approve the proof, and download your file.
Because dress embroidery was being turned away. Most digitizing studios only handle logos and caps, so boutiques and fashion brands had no clear place to send necklines, borders, motifs, and full dress patterns. Our fashion wing fills that gap with the same hand-built approach, planned for drape, repeat, and garment placement instead of a single chest spot.
