How we handle the artwork and contact details you send us — in plain language, with no fine print tricks.
When you contact PunchPerfect, we receive what you choose to send: your artwork files, your name or business name as it appears in your messages, your WhatsApp number, any email address you write from, and the order details you share — size, fabric, placement, machine format, and deadline. This website is a static site with no contact form and no account sign-up, so browsing the site itself sends us nothing.
Your artwork is used only to quote, digitize, proof, deliver, and — if needed — revise your order. Customer artwork is never shown in our portfolio, never used as a sample, and never passed off as studio work. The samples on this site are studio samples, captioned by design type only. Your design stays your design.
We never sell your artwork, your contact details, or your order information, and we do not share them for marketing. The only sharing that happens is the sharing your order itself needs — for example, sending your finished file back to you through the channel you ordered on. If a delivery or payment step you chose involves a third-party service, only the details that step requires are involved.
Order files are kept so that repeat orders, extra formats, and revisions can be handled without you sending everything again. If you want your artwork and files deleted, send a request on WhatsApp or to ORDER_EMAIL_TBD and we will delete them and confirm when it is done. You do not need a reason, and deletion does not affect files already delivered to you — those are yours to keep and use.
This is a static website. It sets no advertising or tracking cookies of its own. If standard hosting or analytics tools are added later, this policy will be updated to say what they are and what they collect, before any new collection starts.
Questions about this policy, or a deletion request, go to the same place as orders: message us on WhatsApp, or write to ORDER_EMAIL_TBD. Studio hours are Monday to Saturday, 9 AM to 9 PM (PKT), and WhatsApp messages are accepted anytime.
