The fastest way to reach the studio is WhatsApp. Send your artwork with a few short details and get a free quote within studio hours.
Tap the button and WhatsApp opens with a starter message ready. Attach your artwork to that chat, add the details from the check-list below, and send. That single message is your quote request — no forms, no account, no waiting on an inbox.
Email: ORDER_EMAIL_TBD
Monday to Saturday, 9 AM – 9 PM (PKT). WhatsApp orders are accepted anytime — send your message whenever it suits you and we reply within studio hours. Standard delivery is 24 hours from confirmation, and rush delivery of 4–8 hours is available on request.
Missing a detail or two? Send what you have. The artwork and the finished size are the two that matter most for a first price. We will ask for the rest only if the job needs it, and we will flag early if any part of a design — tiny lettering, very thin lines — needs a small change to sew clean at your size.
We look at your design at the real size, price it, and reply with the quote, the delivery time, and payment details — all before any work starts. If you confirm, we digitize by hand, send a proof for your approval, and deliver the final file in your format. Revisions stay free until the file runs clean on your machine. Your artwork is used only for your order; read the privacy policy for how files are handled.
Not ready to order yet? The blog guides explain costs, artwork prep, and file formats in plain English, and the portfolio page shows studio samples by design type.
PunchPerfect is an online studio, so distance does not change the process. Whether your shop is in the same city or on the other side of the world, the order runs the same way: artwork by message, quote in writing, proof for approval, and the finished file back to you as a download in your machine format. Time zones only affect when messages are answered — studio hours are Monday to Saturday, 9 AM to 9 PM (PKT) — and a message sent at night your time is simply first in line when the studio opens.
Repeat work is simpler still. If you have ordered a design before, name it in your message and tell us what is different this time: a new size, a cap version, a second format for another machine, or a color change. Because the design was planned by hand the first time, versions are fast and consistent, and a cap version of an existing design is a set low price rather than a new full order. Shops that send regular work often keep a short note with each design — size, placement, format, and thread colors — and paste it into the message. That small habit keeps every repeat identical to the first good run, which is exactly what your own customers expect from you.
If you are writing for the first time and feel unsure where to start, start with the artwork alone. Send the design, say “please quote this,” and let the studio ask for anything else it needs. A first order does not have to be perfect to be welcome.
WhatsApp is the fastest way to reach us. During studio hours — Monday to Saturday, 9 AM to 9 PM PKT — we reply and quote within those hours. You can send a message anytime, day or night, and we pick it up when the studio opens. If your job is urgent, say so in the first message and ask about rush delivery.
Send the artwork with the finished size, the garment or fabric, the placement, your machine format, and any deadline. With those five details we can price the job in one pass instead of going back and forth. If you are missing one — the format, say — send what you have and tell us your machine model, and we will work it out.
Yes. If a file is too large for a normal chat attachment, send a download link in your WhatsApp message instead, or tell us the file is large and we will agree on the easiest way to get it to the studio. Vector files, high-resolution images, and full dress patterns are all welcome — large fashion designs are normal work for us.
Artwork, size, fabric, placement, format. Send those five things and your free quote is on its way.
