Home › How It Works
Ordering a stitch file should be simple. Send the artwork, see the price before any work starts, approve a proof, and run a file that was built for your fabric and your machine.
What happens: you send artwork, we quote it free, we digitize it by hand, you approve the proof, and we deliver the machine file.
How long: standard delivery in 24 hours. Rush delivery in 4–8 hours on request.
What you risk: nothing at the quote stage — and revisions stay free until the file runs clean.
Send your design on WhatsApp. PNG, JPG, PDF, or a vector file all work for a first look. Add the finished size, the garment or fabric, the placement, your machine format, and your deadline. The more of those details you send at the start, the faster and more exact your quote will be. A blurry photo can still get a quote, but a clean file gives a cleaner first proof.
We check the design at your real size and tell you the price, the delivery time, and anything that may need a small change to sew well — very thin lines or tiny letters, for example. The quote is free and there is no pressure to go ahead. Payment details are shared with the quote, before any work starts, so you decide with the full picture in front of you.
A digitizer plans your file stitch by stitch: stitch type, direction, density, underlay, and the order each part sews in. This is not an auto-convert button. Caps are planned center-out, small letters are opened up, and heavy fills are lightened for soft fabrics. The plan follows your fabric and placement, which is what makes a file run clean instead of puckering or breaking thread.
You get a proof view to approve. Once you approve, we send the final file in your format — DST, PES, EXP, JEF, VP3, XXX, HUS, EMB, and more. Run a test sew on scrap fabric first. If anything puckers, gaps, or breaks, tell us and we revise it free until it runs clean on your machine.
A design can look fine on a screen and still sew badly. The machine is where a file proves itself. Needle path, pull, and fabric stretch all show up in the first minute of a run. That is why we ask which format your machine reads and plan the file for real sewing, not just for a neat preview.
If you run more than one machine brand, tell us. We can supply the same design in more than one format so each machine gets the file it reads best. Keep the test sew habit even with a file you trust — fabric changes from batch to batch, and a two-minute test protects a whole run of garments.

Hooping, stabilizer, and fabric all change how a file behaves. A design that runs clean on a stable polo knit can pull on a stretch tee. Your test sew tells us exactly what your setup does with the file, and a photo of that test tells us more than a long message. Send the photo, name the fabric, and we adjust the right setting instead of guessing.
Standard delivery is 24 hours from confirmation. Need it sooner? Ask for rush — 4 to 8 hours on request, when the studio schedule allows. WhatsApp orders are accepted anytime, and the studio works Monday to Saturday, 9 AM to 9 PM (PKT).
Send the artwork file plus five short details: the finished size in inches, the garment or fabric, where the design will sit, your machine format such as DST or PES, and your deadline if you have one. A clear image in PNG, JPG, or PDF is fine to start. Vector files help, but they are not required for a quote.
We send a proof view on WhatsApp showing the design at size, with stitch details and colors as planned. Look at the lettering, edges, and small details, then reply to approve it or tell us what to change. Once you approve, we send the final machine file in your format, ready to load and run a test sew.
Tell us what happened and, if you can, send a photo of the test sew. Puckering, gaps, loose stitches, and thread breaks each point to a clear fix in density, underlay, or stitch path. Revisions are free until the file runs clean on your machine, so run a test piece first and report back before a full production run.
You confirm the order on WhatsApp and we share payment details with your quote before any work starts. That way you see the full price and the payment method first, and nothing is charged or started until you say yes. The quote is free, and standard prices are also listed on our pricing page.
Send your artwork on WhatsApp now. The quote is free, and you see the price before any work begins.
